RJB Electrical Contractor was founded as a sole proprietorship by Richard J. Blakeman in 1984, a California State University- Long Beach graduate with a degree in Business Management. After graduation, Richard completed a four-year apprenticeship program through the IBEW Orange County Local Union and after completion Richard started RJB Electrical Contractor. Over the years, Richard grew the business to be a trusted name in the electrical contracting field by building lasting relationships with homeowners, property management companies, homeowners associations, and businesses of all sizes. After Richard’s passing, his son Alexander J. Blakeman, took over operations and converted the business entity to an LLC. RJB Electrical Contractor LLC has served the Los Angeles and Orange County areas for more than 40 years and we are proud to be a family owned and operated full-service electrical contractor!
